Der Ventilteller wird aus einem hochwarmfesten Stahl oder einer Nickelbasis-Superlegierung gefertigt, um den hohen thermischen Belastungen Stand zu halten. Da solche Materialien \u00fcblicherweise nicht hart sind, wird am Schaft ein anderes Material eingesetzt. Meistens ein magnetischer Stahl, der am Schaftende induktiv geh\u00e4rtet wird, um den Verschlei\u00df zu minimieren.<br \/>\nDie beiden Werkstoffe werden durch Reibschwei\u00dfen verbunden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4718 \u2013 \u00a0X45CrSi9-3 \u2013 HNV3<\/strong><br \/>\nTypischer nichtrostender martensitischer Ventilstahl mit ausgezeichneter Nitrierh\u00e4rtbarkeit. \u00dcblicherweise bei niedrigbelasteten Einlassventilen oder f\u00fcr Ventilsch\u00e4fte im Einsatz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4871 \u2013 X53CrMnNiN21-9 \u2013 EV8<\/strong><br \/>\nTypischer austenitischer Ventilstahl mit Stickstoffzusatz f\u00fcr erh\u00f6hte Best\u00e4ndigkeit bei hohen Temperaturen. H\u00e4ufiger Einsatz bei Auslassventilen f\u00fcr Betriebstemperaturen bis 800\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.4882 \u2013 X50CrMnNiNbN21-9<\/strong><br \/>\nAustenitischer Nickel-Chrom-Mangan-Stahl mit Nb- und W-Zusatz. Bietet eine hohe mechanische Festigkeit bei hohen Temperaturen. Einsatz f\u00fcr Auslassventile von h\u00f6her belasteten Motoren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.4952 \u2013 NiCr20TiAl \u2013 HEV5<\/strong><br \/>\nAuch bekannt als \u201eNimonic 80A\u201c. Klassische Nickel Chrom Superlegierung mit bester Oxidations- und Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit. Hoher Verschlei\u00dfwiderstand und sehr gute Zugfestigkeit. NiCr20TiAl wird in hochbelasteten Motoren eingesetzt. Sowohl bei hohen Belastungen im Motorsport, als auch bei speziellen Anforderungen durch korrosive Gase wie z.B. Biogas, Deponiegas oder Kl\u00e4rgas. Auch im Marinebereich wird dieser Werkstoff h\u00e4ufig verwendet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.7165 \u2013 TiAl6V4<\/strong><br \/>\nTitanlegierung f\u00fcr Einlassventile. Der nitrierte Ventilsitz erm\u00f6glicht in Kombination mit speziellen Sitzringwerkstoffen hohe Standzeiten in z.B. Herausragende Verschlei\u00df- und Korossionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit bei hohen Termperaturen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stellite 6<\/strong><br \/>\nG\u00e4ngiger Panzerwerkstoff auf Kobaltbasis.
